Solrex Escrow Limited is a digital payment solution that allows you to settle your payments easily and securely. For this we provide you with a range of payment methods to
choose from, depending on the transaction amount. Payment processing via Solrex Escrow Limited can take place on the one hand via the checkout process of an online store or
marketplace and on the other hand via a payment link provided by your contractual partner. The special feature of Solrex Escrow Limited is its in-house escrow service. Here,
the money does not move directly to the account of the beneficiary (seller, service provider or landlord), instead it is deposited in an insolvency-protected
escrow account held by our licensed payment service provider. Only when you have received and checked the agreed service, we forward the money to the beneficiary.
The trust principle always ensures secure and worry-free payment processing and protects the parties involved from fraud.
Escrow-based payment processing is step-by-step, preventing you from ending up without money and goods at the end of the day, or paying for something you did
not order or commission. With the Solrex Escrow Limited Escrow Service, you can be sure that your contractual partner will make every effort to execute the basic transaction
quickly and to your satisfaction.

Before you can make the deposit to the escrow account, we need a valid e-mail address from you. We will send you a payment link to this email address so you can
access and manage the escrow payment again at a later time (e.g. release). To verify the e-mail address, we will send you a verification code.
2. Deposit money You deposit the purchase amount by bank transfer or credit card in an insolvency-protected escrow account. The seller will be informed when
the money is received and will then ship the goods or provide the service.
3. Release and payout After you have received and checked the goods or service, you release the money via your payment link. You will both receive a confirmation
of the release and the money will be forwarded irrevocably to the seller.
If there is anything wrong with the goods or service, the money will be held in the escrow account until an agreement is reached or, in the worst case, until a legal
dispute is resolved. Solrex Escrow Limited does not take sides and does not interfere in the basic business of its users.
When we verified your email address, we sent you a payment link. You can use this link to access and manage the escrow payment at any time. If you have deleted the email with the payment link, you can request the link from your seller again.
If there is something wrong with the goods or service or you have not received a delivery, please contact your seller directly. If the seller does not respond to your requests, you can inform us. We will try to get in touch with the seller and ask him for a statement. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we will transfer the deposited amount back to you. If the recipient contacts us within 14 days and gives a reason for not refunding the money, the money will remain in the escrow account until an agreement is reached. Please note: Solrex Escrow Limited does not take sides and does not interfere with the underlying transaction or contractual relationship.
